In 1979, Enzo Perlini discovered a lovely secluded lakefront home built in the style of an Italian villa. It was here that he created a restaurant dedicated to the idea of the simple yet sophisticated cuisine of his native Roma. The freshest fish, meats, fruits and vegetables that can be obtained are woven into a menu that emphasizes the culinary heritage and diversity of Enzo’s home. Many of these dishes can be found nowhere else in Central Florida. An extravagant antipasto bar welcomes you to the excitement of the main dining room overlooking the lake. There is a full service european style bar, private dining areas for meetings and parties and the lakeside sculpture gardens where many weddings, concerts and gatherings have taken place.
