Daytona Today - Your Local News Site

Daytona Today is all about your city on the World's Most Famous Beach.  While this site has been up for a while, it is now under new ownership, with new ideas, and ready to take you to a new tomorrow, today.  We will be making some minor adjustments to the site, including new tabs with information about arts, music, entertainment, and of course, some occasional news.

This isn't a tabloid.  We aren't "The Press" and we aren't here to promote anyone's political agendas.  Daytona Today is setting out today to become what other news sources can't be:  A breath of fresh salty air for your local reality.  If you are looking for dirt on someone's bad day, you won't find it here.  Maybe somewhere, some day, but certainly not at Daytona Today.

In many ways, Daytona Today is about your tomorrow.  We care about this community because we live in it.  We work here, we play here, we stay here.  So, the perspective we want to bring is about what you can do today to make the City of Daytona Beach an even better place tomorrow.  We'll be bringing you stories about events that are driving the local economy.  We'll post thoughts and ideas from real people in the community with real insights.  That's where you come in.
